4. Tracking Product Disclaimer
Tesoro Trovato products are designed to help you keep track of your wallet and make it easier to locate misplaced items. They are not a guarantee that a lost, misplaced or stolen wallet will always be found, tracked or recovered.
The product is a convenience and tracking aid. It is not a security device, anti theft device, insurance product, emergency location device or guaranteed recovery system.
You remain fully responsible for looking after your wallet and everything kept inside it.
5. Tracking Limitations
Tracking performance may depend on factors outside our control. These may include, but are not limited to:
Phone compatibility
Bluetooth range
Battery condition
App settings
Location settings
Device permissions
Operating system updates
Third party network availability
Signal strength
Physical obstructions
Distance from compatible devices
Environmental conditions
Interference from other devices
User setup
User handling
Loss of internet connection
Changes made by third party platforms
App or software errors outside our control
Because of these factors, we cannot promise that the tracker card will always show the exact location of your wallet, update instantly, connect successfully, remain connected or lead to successful recovery of your wallet.
6. Lost Wallets, Stolen Wallets and Unrecovered Items
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesoro Trovato is not responsible for the loss, theft, misplacement, non recovery or delayed recovery of any wallet or any items kept inside a wallet.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Cash
Bank cards
Credit cards
Debit cards
Identification documents
Driving licences
Passports
Travel cards
Keys
Receipts
Gift cards
Membership cards
Personal notes
Photos
Business cards
Any other personal belongings
If your wallet is lost, stolen or unrecovered, our responsibility does not extend to replacing, reimbursing or compensating you for the wallet itself or anything contained inside it, except where the law does not allow us to exclude or limit our responsibility.
If the tracker card itself develops a fault, your rights are limited to the remedies available for the product itself, such as repair, replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
7. Compatibility and Third Party Services
Some product features may rely on third party devices, apps, software, operating systems, networks or services.
We do not own or control third party platforms, apps, mobile operating systems, Bluetooth networks, location networks, courier systems, payment processors or device manufacturers.
We are not responsible for any failure, outage, update, incompatibility, restriction, delay, inaccuracy, change or removal of features caused by a third party service or platform.
You are responsible for checking that your phone, device, software and settings are suitable before using the product.
8. User Setup and Ongoing Use
You are responsible for setting up and using the product correctly.
This includes following any instructions provided, checking compatibility, enabling required permissions, keeping relevant apps or software updated, checking the product is connected where applicable and making sure the product is used in line with normal intended use.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, disabled permissions, incompatible devices, ignored warnings, misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside our control.
9. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary. This may include cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, payment failure, delivery restrictions, abuse of promotions, technical errors or suspicious order activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
10. Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete order information, including your name, email address, delivery address, billing details and payment information.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information.
If you notice an error after placing an order, you should contact us as soon as possible at hello@tesorotrovato.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update product prices, offers, discounts and shipping charges at any time.
Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error or system issue, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.
12. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes, offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes must be used before an order is placed. We are not required to apply discounts retrospectively after checkout.
Discount codes may be limited to certain products, dates, customers, locations or order values. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where a discount code has been misused, shared unlawfully, exploited through a technical error or applied in a way that was not intended.
13. Shipping
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and any charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Free UK standard shipping is included with every Tesoro Trovato Wallet Tracker Card Bundle purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. They begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, customs checks, public holidays, weather disruption, strikes, operational delays, high demand periods or events outside our reasonable control.
14. Delivery and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the correct address, safe place, reception, concierge, parcel locker or collection point, we may treat the order as delivered.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
We may require reasonable evidence before offering any replacement, refund or further resolution.
15. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, uncollected or unavailable, we may ask you to pay the cost of resending it.
If you choose not to have the order resent, we may refund the product cost after deducting reasonable delivery, return or handling costs, where permitted by law.
16. International Orders
If international shipping is available, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, brokerage fees or other costs charged by your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks, local postal services or import restrictions.
You are responsible for making sure the product can be lawfully imported and used in your country.
17. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
We offer easy 30 day returns from the date your order is delivered.
Returned products should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible.
We may reduce a refund if the product has been used, damaged, altered, mishandled or returned in a condition that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
18. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible at hello@tesorotrovato.com with your order number and clear details of the issue.
We may ask for photographs, videos or further information so we can assess the issue.
Where a claim is valid, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
You must not continue using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe.
19. 3 Year Guarantee
Every Tesoro Trovato Wallet Tracker Card Bundle includes a 3 year guarantee from the date of delivery.
This guarantee covers faults or failures with the product caused by normal use.
If your product develops a fault during the guarantee period, contact us at hello@tesorotrovato.com with your order number, a description of the issue and any supporting photos or videos.
The guarantee does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse
Neglect
Loss
Theft
Water damage beyond the product’s stated use
Cosmetic wear and tear
Scratches
Dents
Damage caused by bending, crushing or excessive force
Damage caused by heat, fire or chemicals
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Battery depletion where this is part of normal product lifespan
Issues caused by phone settings
Issues caused by app permissions
Issues caused by third party networks
Issues caused by incompatible devices
Issues caused by software or operating system changes outside our control
Failure to recover a lost or stolen wallet
The value of any wallet or items kept inside it
Where a valid guarantee claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.
The guarantee applies only to the Tesoro Trovato product itself. It does not cover the value of any lost wallet, stolen wallet or contents inside a wallet.
Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory rights.
20. No Recovery Guarantee
Tesoro Trovato does not guarantee that the tracker card will prevent loss, prevent theft, locate a wallet in every situation or guarantee recovery of a wallet.
The product is intended to improve your chances of locating a misplaced item. It should not be relied upon as the only method of protecting valuable, sensitive or irreplaceable items.
You should not keep items in your wallet that you cannot afford to lose, unless you accept the risk of doing so.
21. Product Care
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product.
You should avoid exposing the product to excessive force, bending, crushing, extreme heat, open flame, harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture or any use outside its intended purpose.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling is not covered by our guarantee.
22. Resale and Commercial Use
Our products are sold for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must not resell our products, list them on third party marketplaces, use our brand assets commercially or represent yourself as an authorised reseller without our written permission.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised resale or commercial misuse.
23. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, message, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You give us permission to use, display, reproduce, edit and share that content for marketing, website, social media, advertising and customer support purposes.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that we believe is false, offensive, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory or inappropriate.

Bank charges caused by lost cards

Consequential losses
Loss of profit
Loss of business
Loss of opportunity
Loss of data
Loss caused by third party apps, services or networks
Loss caused by customer misuse or incorrect setup
Loss caused by courier delays or events outside our control
Where we are responsible for a valid claim relating to a product, our responsibility will normally be limited to the price paid for that product, unless the law requires otherwise.
32. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
These Terms are intended to operate alongside your legal rights, not replace them.
33. Force Majeure

34. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for any losses, damages, costs, claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, unlawful activity, fraudulent conduct or infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply in a way that would unfairly limit your rights as a consumer.
